ORDERS

Do I Need To Register An Account?
No, however registering an account will enable ease of ordering, faster check out as well providing your order history. For your convenience, this can be done during your first purchase at the checkout page.

Is There a Minimum Order Requirement?
No. There are no minimum order amount required to take advantage of our fantastic low prices.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Once payment has been verified your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day. A payment confirmation email will follow upon payment verification.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
Log into your Dashboard in your Account Panel where you can view your order history. You can also check the status of your order from the shipper’s website via the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes, tracking is available on the shipper’s website. Tracking details will be sent with your shipment confirmation email. Your order history is also available online in “My Account.” Please note: Tracking information may take up to 48-72 hours to update from the shipper’s system.

International orders are sent via a freight contractor and thereafter passed on to the local postal service of the destination country. Please note that international parcel status will only show the location of dispatch, the dispatched date and arrival of parcel in your country. Whilst the item is in transit, tracking information is not available online.

Can I Send Items Marked As “Gift” or to a Lesser Value?
Parcel contents and values are declared according to your confirmed order in compliance to Customs goods declaration policies. We highly recommend that customers avail themselves of any Custom import duties, government tariffs, taxes or shipment fees that may be imposed on imported goods. These duties and import charges are set by the government which we have no control or influence over nor do we make a profit off international Customs charges. We are therefore not responsible for any Customs fees and do not offer any compensation or refunds towards any incurred charges.

Can I Make Changes To My Order Once Placed?
Unfortunately once orders are confirmed through checkout and payment verified we are unable to make any changes to your order. To avoid any disappointment please ensure that your order is thoroughly checked before confirming payment.

Can I Cancel My Order Once Paid?
Unfortunately no. Once orders have been paid for and payment confirmed, it is being processed for dispatch. Purchasing through our website is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as outlined in our policy.

An Item Is Missing In My Order. What Do I Do?
Please email support@adonaibeauty.com within 48 hours of the order arriving stating the order number and the item claimed to be missing.

To help resolve the matter quickly, your prompt advise is required as failing to notify us within 48 hours will constitute an acceptance of order.

I Received The Wrong Item. What Do I Do?
Please email support@adonaibeauty.com within 3 days of the order arriving stating the order number and the item claimed to be incorrect. Failing to notify us within 48 hours will constitute an acceptance of order.

PAYMENTS

Part of the professionalism we provide to our customers is our integrity to deliver an honest, efficient and friendly service. Please read the below information to ensure your transaction goes smoothly. We take the highest measure to ensure that your online ordering is safe and secure. We accept both Paypal and bank deposit payments with Paypal offering buyer and seller protection through their secured payment gateway system. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you once your payment has been received and verified.

Payment Methods Accepted
Australia: Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however direct bank deposits are accepted. Please contact us for our bank account details should you wish to pay via direct bank deposit. Please include your username i.d. or order No. as reference in your bank deposit / internet transfer. Funds may take up to 1-3 business days for bank to bank clearance.

International: Paypal is available.

eCheques / Credit card via Paypal: Credit or debit card payments are securely processed through Paypal merchant facility using a 256 Bit SSL Certificate. These are not instant Paypal payments and may take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to clear the funds. An automated email from Paypal will be sent throughout the payment process.

Credit / Debit Cards: Pay securely with your debit or credit card by selecting the “Paypal Express” payment option at checkout where you will be redirected to a secured payment gateway to complete the payment transaction. We accept Mastercard | VISA | American Express.

Payment Security
Your privacy and security is paramount to us and we take your personal information very seriously. All online transactions and data are protected by secure server software against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The latest industry standard military grade 256 bit encryption technology is our standard to protect your credit card information and keep your transaction details secure. We never store or keep customers’ credit card details on file and we will never debit your card without your approval.

Currency Conversion for Payments
For international transactions please note that due to currency fluctuations, the final total showing on the order confirmation may differ slightly from the actual charge in your own currency. For more information please refer to Paypal’s currency conversion terms.

All Prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST* and are based on the US (USD) recommended price conversion to Australian dollars.

We take every effort to ensure our prices are accurate, up-to-date and less than the Australian retail prices. We do however reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice based on stock purchase prices and other influencing market factors.

10% GST is calculated on purchased items in View Cart and Checkout pages.  GST is not calculated on shipping.

Why Are Some Products Unboxed?
Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold in their original manufacturer packaging. As part of our dedication to supplying our customers with only the best products, all products are thoroughly checked for quality assurance prior to its dispatch. Sometimes the outer box can have slight damage or other imperfections that occurred in transit and will therefore be sold unboxed. Bottles can also receive slight scuff marks or scratches or the labels are faded etc. and will be sold unboxed accordingly… All at a further discounted price.

For customers who are not concerned whether a product comes boxed or is slightly marked, we have implemented further savings for you. From time to time promotional sales and offers are given on unboxed items. The efficacy of unboxed items are the same as the boxed versions – but without the cost of a box!

Do You Offer Other Deals?
From time to time we have promotions and extra discounts on selected products that are available only to newsletter subscribers and our Facebook fans. Do You Offer Special Discounts On Bulk Buys Or Wholesale?
