Returns & Refunds

We are proud of our long standing reputation for quality, value and customer service. We have put in place fair practices such as our 14-Day Returns Policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please do not return products without prior arrangement as it’s always best to communicate to get the best outcome for both parties.

Conditions:
We are more than happy to return a faulty or incorrect product that was sent to you, being incorrect to your order. Example: If you ordered Beige foundation and we sent Tan foundation, you qualify for a replacement/credit/refund.

A replacement, credit or refund is available, however it must meet ALL of the following conditions below.

  1. Product was purchased from www.adonaibeauty.com within the past 14 days. Unfortunately products purchased over 14 days prior are not eligible for return;
  2. Product is returned no less than 14 days after receipt of product;
  3. Product must be in 100% original resalable condition with original box and packaging material intact as sent;
  4. Product is not damaged, opened, used, tested/sampled/tampered with, is missing parts and seals (if any) intact;
  5. Product is accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number and Adonai Beauty delivery docket.

Procedure:
In order to process your request swiftly please follow the procedure below.

  1. Please contact Customer Service at support@adonaibeauty.com regarding your query and we will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) form for you to complete. Please ensure this form is completed and enclosed with your returned product. Please do not return any goods for refund/exchange without a RAN number as a full refund will be rejected and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  2. Return the product in its original delivery box with the completed RAN form, proof of postage receipt (if requesting for a postage reimbursement) and our delivery docket. Products damaged in transit are eligible for return if insurance was paid. Please ensure there is a tracking no. with your return.
  3. Once we have received your package and it has been assessed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and any refunds issued to the payment method of purchase (eg Paypal, credit card, bank account).

Please note: Refunds cannot be issued on your wrong choice of item selection, such as change of mind, wrong colour, size or quantity or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere.

Defective or Incorrect Product Delivered:
We make every effort to deliver your order without any issue however in the event that a mistake has occurred we will rectify the problem as soon as possible and sincerely apologise for any convenience caused.

To expedite the return process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to arrange for either an exchange, refund or replacement product and follow the returns Procedure above. Please note that we may request a photograph of the product to hasten the approval of a refund or replacement.
